Alps Coffee's Sereno is a very special blend. To achieve a low caffeine content without losing aroma, 50% of the coffee beans in this blend are decaffeinated and have been blended with 50% pure coffee beans. All green coffees come from organic and Fairtrade certified crops. Even the decaffeination process is purely organic. Using the CO2 process, the caffeine is slowly and gently extracted from the beans, without any chemicals. In fact, this process is the only one approved for organic decaffeination.

The result is a delicate coffee, with pleasant fruity notes and a chocolaty aftertaste. The Sereno is perfect for a light cappuccino but also for a long coffee. Its low caffeine content also makes it ideal for any time of day.
