Withdrawal

For Customers Outside the European Union (e.g. USA)

Customers outside the EU are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

• You are responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

• Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

• Returns must be made in the original packaging and in unused condition.

• Opened or unsealed goods, especially food products such as coffee, or items related to hygiene, are excluded from return.

• We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
