Withdrawal
For Customers Outside the European Union (e.g. USA)
Customers outside the EU are not entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we offer a voluntary 14-day return policy under the following conditions:

You are responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns must be made in the original packaging and in unused condition.

Opened or unsealed goods, especially food products such as coffee, or items related to hygiene, are excluded from return.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method for returns.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
