It all started when Alessia Alunni decided to acquire the historic Milanese brand "Golden Brasil Coffee" and bring it back to her hometown, Rome. The Alunni family has been in the coffee business for 60 years and wanted to apply their long experience to the production of fine coffees.
Since then, their motto has been: "We roast a special quality coffee with an artisan/craftsmanship experience according to the noblest tradition of Italian espresso."

Atelier del Caffè Alunni
This high standard has paid off. Numerous blends have been awarded gold medals in international "Italian Espresso" competitions. In addition to the great traditional brand Golden Brasil, Alessia wanted to create her own BAR series with the new brand "Alunni - L`Atelier del Caffé". “Cuvées” of the highest standards for Italian bars/cafes. Her parents, Luigina and Camillo Alunni, were and still are her great role models. They gave their first names and the recipe to two of their outstanding blends. With all the passion and care, from bean selection to roasting, the varieties are delicious and affordable. The value for money is simply amazing.
