The beans are roasted gently, separately and with medium intensity, giving them an aromatic, chocolaty aroma. The result is a full-bodied, low acid espresso with fine nuances of bread and hazelnut and a fine, almost creamy crema.

La Genovese Caffè's Oro is a perfect choice for both screen and fully automatic preparation.

Low caffeine content of only 1.10% to 1.30%.

Thanks to its outstanding quality, La Genovese Royal has been certified as Italian Espresso by INEI (Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). The Institute has been protecting and promoting genuine espresso since 1998.

La Genovese a été fondée dès 1936 et est restée depuis une société familiale. Le nom trouve son origine dans la capitale du pays, Genova, située à proximité. Aujourd'hui, ce torréfacteur est présent dans presque tous les pays européens, a reçu diverses distinctions pour son espresso.

Le Royal de La Genovese est une création à partir de 6 variétés différentes de grains Arabica et de grains Robusta provenant du Brésil, du Salvador, d'Inde et d'Éthiopie. Les grains sont torréfiés séparément, délicatement et lentement dans un tambour rotatif, puis refroidis à l'air. L'arôme présente des notes intenses de chocolat noir et de cacao, et une crema dense et épaisse à tomber amoureux.

Dégusté en espresso ou en cappuccino, le Royal est toujours un délice avec son arôme riche !

Grâce à sa qualité exceptionnelle, La Genovese Royal est certifié depuis 2008 Espresso Italiano par l'INEI (Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). Cet institut protège et promeut le véritable espresso depuis 1998.

La Genovese was founded in 1936 by Dario Valle in a small warehouse in Albenga. The building served as a development centre for quality roasting for 30 years. La Genovese is still a family business to this day, and has succeeded in making a name for itself throughout Europe. Since 2008, La Genovese Caffè has been a member of INEI - Instituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano. The institute has been protecting and promoting genuine Italian espresso since 1998.

La Genovese's Anniversario blend is made from 100% carefully selected, high-quality Arabica beans. Washed beans from Central America and West Africa are combined with unwashed beans from Brazil to create a wonderful taste experience. On the palate, light chocolate notes unfold, accompanied by aromas of exotic fruits and tropical flowers.

The caffeine content is low, only 1.0 to 1.1%.

This espresso has already won the gold medal 5 times at the Institute of Coffee Tasting's international coffee tasting. A real champion!
