The high proportion of Robusta beans (70%) results in a generous, thick and nutty cream. A typically Neapolitan coffee. Thanks to the dark roast of southern Italy, the espresso is low in acidity and caffeine. Elmir is very suitable as a base for cappuccino or latte macchiato. This variety contains beans from three countries of origin. This guarantees an optimal diversity of flavours, as each bean contains the best.
