This top-quality Arabica is made up of beans from six different countries. The best green coffees from Brazil, El Salvador, Colombia, Guatemala, Costa Rica, and Ethiopia are used by Musetti for this outstanding blend.

Once in Italy, the already washed beans are roasted on a medium level. The refinement is done separately, which means that each variety gets its individual treatment. This is important because each variety has its own demands and requires an optimal roasting time.

Finally, the ready-roasted beans are combined in Musetti's secret blend to create a unique Arabica blend.

The result is a delicate espresso with full aromas and a mild to sweet fruitiness. Distinct notes of almond and citrus fruits are characteristic of the Evoluzione. An excellent taste that lingers long on the palate.

For a perfect enjoyment experience, we recommend preparing it in a Moka pot (caffettiera / stovetop cooker) or French press.
