Small, but very famous in the region: this is the traditional roaster Marziali Caffè, located in the heart of Rome. When the roastery was founded in 1922, coffee was still a drink consumed mainly by the "elitist" social class. It was the famous actors of the "La Fenice" theatre, located near the roaster, who made the Marziali coffee famous at the time. In a way, they were the first influencers and trendsetters. After their performances, they regularly stopped by the small café in the entrance hall of the Leone Martial roastery. Due to the growing demand in the following years, Leone Marziali and his brothers opened three more cafés in Rome.

Even today, the roastery belongs to this family with a great passion for coffee. And even today, their heart and love for high quality coffee can be found in the Marzali Blends.
The Decaffeinato Blend is a decaffeinated coffee that you can't even feel that it's devoid of that magic substance. The caffeine is extracted from the coffee in a particularly gentle process. Only a very small amount of caffeine remains, less than 0.1%. Nevertheless, the espresso retains its irresistible aroma and long-lasting crema.

Decaffeinato is a blend of the finest Arabica beans from Brazil and finely spiced robusta from India. This combination results in a pleasantly round coffee with an intense chocolate aroma and light clove notes. The final taste reveals notes of cinnamon, cedar wood and milk chocolate. All in all, this is a decaffeinated coffee with a delicate taste structure.
