ORO La Genovese

The beans are delicately roasted, separately by variety and to a medium intensity, giving them an aromatic and chocolaty fragrance. The result is a strong and low-acid espresso, with subtle nuances of bread and hazelnut and a fine cream.

La Genovese Oro performs perfectly whether prepared with an espresso machine (filter holder) or with an automatic machine.

Low caffeine content of only 1.10% to 1.30%.

Very low acidity and without bitterness - simply high quality.

KAVÈ Filicori Zecchini

Filicori Zecchini Kavè is one of the richest blends of the house. The strongly roasted beans give Kavè a full-bodied taste with fine notes of milk chocolate and roasted hazelnut. The slightly sweet roasting is not particularly acidic but has a lingering aftertaste reminiscent of milk cream.

In order to provide a product with the same quality and taste throughout the year, Filicori Zecchini sources special beans from the same coffee farmers for several decades. In addition, each variety of the blend receives specific care and roasting time.

Indeed, the roasting company was founded in 1919 in Bologna, Italy by two friends, Aldo Filicori and Luigi Zecchini. Today, the company still belongs to the families and is already run by the third generation. And until this day, Filicori has remained true to its long tradition. Only high-quality beans are refined using the traditional, typically Italian roasting method. This means that the beans are roasted separately, gently and slowly in the rotating drum, and then cooled with air.

With the right expertise, a true masterpiece is created. This Kavè blend has rightfully earned the Espresso Italiano label by the INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano). The institute protects and promotes authentic espresso, since 1998.

In 2014, Kavè received the gold medal from the International Coffee Tasting Institute.

MISCELA MASINI Essse Caffè

A delicious aroma with a subtle fruity note - Masini - The king blend of Essse Caffè house.

The beans of this blend are dark and uniformly roasted. Freshly out of the bag, they emit an intense chocolate fragrance. In the mouth, the Masini also charms with its chocolaty notes as well as its persistent spicy taste in the finish and full-bodied. Thanks to the Robusta beans, a generous hazelnut-colored foam is formed, which remains long in the cup.
