Unsere Alunni Espresso Kaffees
Alles begann damit, dass Alessia Alunni beschloss die historische Mailänder Marke "Golden Brasil Coffee" zu erwerben und diese mit in ihre Heimatstadt Rom zu nehmen. Die Familie Alunni ist seit 60 Jahren im Kaffeegeschäft und es war der Wunsch die langjährige Erfahrung auch in die Fertigung von edlen Kaffees einfließen zu lassen.
Ihr Motto lautet seitdem: "Wir rösten einen besonderen Qualitätskaffee mit handwerklicher Erfahrung nach der edelsten Tradition des italienischen Espressos.“

Atelier del Caffè Alunni
This high standard has paid off. Numerous blends have been awarded gold medals in international "Italian Espresso" competitions. In addition to the great traditional brand Golden Brasil, Alessia wanted to create her own BAR series with the new brand "Alunni - L`Atelier del Caffé". “Cuvées” of the highest standards for Italian bars/cafes. Her parents, Luigina and Camillo Alunni, were and still are her great role models. They gave their first names and the recipe to two of their outstanding blends. With all the passion and care, from bean selection to roasting, the varieties are delicious and affordable. The value for money is simply amazing.
