We're big fans of the ESE (Easy Serving Espresso) system, originally invented by Illy Caffè.
This tasting set is made up of varieties created according to the roasting culture of southern Italy. The raw coffee beans are roasted at low temperatures in a rotary drum roaster. You can expect varieties full of character, with surprisingly low acidity and bitterness.
These E.S.E. pods are NOT suitable for Senseo, Lavazza or any other capsule system!
At Espresso International, you can buy many different E.S.E. pods online from many different roasters.
