Thanks to its patented four-spring system, it delivers a consistent tamping force of 13.6 kg (30 lb) with every tamp. Its precision-guided mechanism ensures straight alignment and a uniform tamping depth, delivering repeatable results and optimal espresso extraction.
The wave-shaped tamper base helps distribute pressure evenly across the coffee bed, ensuring controlled and consistent puck compression. Combined with the constant tamping force, this allows the coffee to be prepared evenly and consistently for every shot.
The ergonomic handle and self-resetting mechanism enable fast and comfortable operation. Once the preset pressure is reached, a distinct clicking sound signals that tamping is complete. The tamper is then immediately ready for the next shot, making it ideal for everyday use.
The integrated horizontal guide ring keeps the tamper reliably level during tamping. This helps create an even coffee bed and promotes uniform compression of the coffee puck.
