An unusually thick crema for a decaffeinated espresso is released and seems to dissolve very slowly. With its pronounced yet gentle body, Cuore d'Oro ("heart of gold") will convince both coffee lovers and those who enjoy a balanced espresso.
A decaffeinated coffee with low acidity and low bitterness. Aromas of flowers, fresh fruit and dried fruit are perfectly brought out.
Typical of the La Genovese roaster is also the incredible chocolate note that makes this blend so irresistible. It is hard to believe that you are tasting a (decaffeinated) coffee with less than 0.1% caffeine.
