Blend: 80% Arabica | 20% Robusta
This premium espresso, certified multiple times by INEI (Istituto Nazionale Espresso Italiano) and awarded IIAC gold, is dedicated to the mother of roaster Alessia Alunni. It combines eight outstanding coffee varieties from renowned plantations to create a wonderfully full-bodied and harmonious blend. Luigina shines with notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts and a delicate, elegant sweetness. Thanks to its 20% carefully selected Robusta beans, it consistently produces a generous hazelnut-brown crema that delights both when enjoyed on its own and in a cappuccino.
Arditi Caffè 100% Arabica

A masterfully crafted, pure Arabica blend from Rome that has repeatedly received gold awards at international tastings. Carefully roasted with exceptional craftsmanship and precision, this outstanding coffee reveals a complex, elegant flavour profile featuring velvety milk chocolate, hazelnut and delicate floral notes. Despite containing no Robusta, it produces a surprisingly dense crema and impresses with its silky-smooth body and complete absence of any distracting fruity acidity.
La Genovese Anniversario

The flagship coffee of the Ligurian roastery La Genovese, awarded multiple IIAC gold medals. Carefully selected washed Arabica beans from Central and South America and Africa are roasted separately using a gentle process and cooled in a way that preserves their delicate aromas. Anniversario captivates with its silky-smooth body and an exquisite bouquet of milk chocolate, blossom honey and dried fruit.
