For the production of our whole milk chocolates, we use fair Naturland organic alpine milk from the cooperative Milchwerke Berchtesgardener Land, which was the first dairy in Germany to successfully undergo Naturland Fair certification. "Fair" means that Naturland organic farmers in the Alpine foothills receive a higher price for their valuable milk so that they can continue to run their farms.
