"The Salted Caramel" licorice balls - Haupt Lakrits

Haupt Lakrits The Salted Caramel is a delicious licorice praline in which a heart of salted licorice is coated in creamy "dulce" chocolate. This chocolate is enhanced with fleur de sel ("flower of salt") from Guérande in Brittany, giving it a uniquely salty touch. The liquorice is cooked slowly and delicately, giving it a particularly intense, slightly tangy aftertaste.

Ingredients

70% dulce chocolate (cocoa butter, sugar, whole milk powder, milk sugar, whey powder (milk) , skimmed milk powder, brown sugar (2%), emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla flavor, salt), feuilletine (sunflower and rapeseed oil, malt extract), syrup, wheat flour, sugar, invert sugar syrup, 3.5% raw licorice (Calabria), sea salt (fleur de sel de Guérande), salmiak (ammonium chloride), star anise, surface treatment agent (carnauba wax). Cocoa content, at least 30.4%.
