Tender Sicilian Cantucci - With Sicilian almonds, double roasted to release the intense aromas of the island's almond blossom.

Perfect for enjoying after a meal, they go perfectly with wines, the typical Muscat wine or, of course, coffee.

We tasted several cantucci and have to say that those from Tumminello are among the best. They are so tender that they almost melt in your mouth and give off a delicious marzipan flavour.

Ingredients

Sicilian almonds 36%, sugar, wheat flour, candied lemon peel 11% (lemon peel, glucose–fructose syrup, sugar), pasteurized egg yolk, butter, wildflower honey, almond paste, potato starch, cinnamon, natural flavors, sweetener: sorbitol, leavening agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch.

DECORATION: Candied orange slices (orange peel slices, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavor, ascorbic acid), granulated sugar.
