The Subito blend completes the splendid range of our favourite small roastery Martella. With this variety, Giancarlo Martella is especially targeting customers with an automatic coffee machine. Because this blend is a real wild card. It is excellent whether prepared as espresso or as long coffee (Schümli / Café Crème), thanks not only to the intelligent selection of beans, but also to the lighter roast.

Of course, also for Subito the Martella family only uses beans from the best growing regions of the world, such as Brazil, Africa, the Dominican Republic and India. And if anyone knows how to combine these coffee varieties and roast them to perfection, it is Giancarlo and his sons David and Christian.

The high-quality Robusta bean content guarantees a full-bodied coffee with a typically Italian signature. The smooth, chocolatey undertones are complemented by notes of caramelised brown sugar.

The crema is excellent.

Evaluation: strong coffee, excellent crema, medium caffeine content.

Conclusion: a very simple coffee at a reasonable price.
