The Filicori Zecchini roasting company was founded in 1919 in Bologna by two friends, Aldo Filicori and Luigi Zecchini. Today, the company is still owned by both families and is already in its third generation. However, Filicori Zecchini has remained true to its long tradition to this day. Only the highest quality beans are processed using the traditional, typically Italian roasting method. This means that the beans are roasted separately for each variety, gently and slowly in a rotating drum, and then cooled with air. There's nothing better, so to speak.

This organic espresso is made from 100% Arabica beans from fair trade.

The aroma is rather mild and light. The first sip reveals aromas of rose, fig and dark chocolate. On the palate, these aromas develop into sweet bread and nut flavours. At the end, the 100% Arabica BIO is light with a nutty aftertaste.

We recommend this coffee as a light espresso or as a base for tasty milk drinks.
