Our Emma Avanti loves its organic and Fairtrade coffee. A high proportion of the best Arabica beans (80%), complemented by a low proportion of strong Robusta beans (20%), combined with a light roast, produces a wonderful espresso.

Taste:
The spicy, slightly refreshing aromas of Arabica beans from Central America are immediately recognisable.
The balance between acidity and bitterness also brings out the fruity aromas with a hint of chocolate.
A full-bodied espresso with very pleasant acidity. Soft, smooth and velvety.

Suitable for :
Suitable for all brewing methods. Perfect in a fully automatic machine.

Roasting method:
Naturally, the green coffee beans are slowly and gently roasted in a traditional drum roaster. The acids are reduced by the gentle roasting process without losing the spicy nuances of the coffee beans.

Fairtrade certified and grown by Fairtrade producers. Fairtrade conditions allow small farmers and workers in producing countries to invest in a sustainable future.
